Program Description
FastTrack is an ideal alternative to contingency or retained
recruiting. Executive searches that meet FastTrack requirements
are similar in nature to a fully retained search effort without
the upfront financial obligation. The
result? Search performance, client contact and recruiter dedication
are maximized while greatly reducing upfront costs; truly
the best of both worlds!
Requirements

- Job level must be set at
Manager or Director level.
- Job Function must be within
Clinical Research, Project Management or Regulatory.
- Project will be placed with
Radian on an "exclusive" basis for at least 6
weeks.
- Open access to the hiring
manager for purposes of creating the most ideal search profile
to meet job requirements.
- A nominal Good Faith deposit
may be required upon start of search.
