Our
client is publicly held large mulitinational biopharmaceutical company
with a leadership position in monoclonal antibody technology. Their
innovative products focus on the management of cardiovascular, immunologic
disorders and cancer. To build on their significant growth this
organization seeks to fill the strategic and highly visible role
of Sr. Director Franchise Management within their marketing department.
Description
- Responsible
for providing commercial leadership and strategic direction for
business development strategies on future programs, all business
development within the Franchise, and development of the overall
5 year strategic plan for the Franchise.
- Manage ongoing
development programs as well as responsibility for evaluating
new therapeutic uses for these and other potential compounds.
- Accountable
for product development plans and execution of pre-marketing tactics
within a given therapeutic area.
- Responsible
for assisting in developing an integrated long-term franchise
strategy that includes a portfolio review and a five-year franchise
strategic plan.
- Lead the
overall corporate search for Business Development opportunities
to accelerate Franchise growth.
Requirements
BS/BA degree
required. MBA desirable, 10+ years of commercial experience within
biotech or pharmaceutical industry. Four+ years of in-line marketing
experience with demonstrated track record of success as a team leader.
Experience and or working knowledge of immunology a plus. Demonstrated
creativity in strategic market and product development. Demonstrated
ability to develop and execute tactical plans.
