Our client is a gowing Biopharmaceutical company on the discovery, development and commercialization of products for respiratory and critical care diseases. They seek to build their team to in order to manage their growing pipleine of effictive FDA approved treatments. This pubicly held company is well funded and looking to build it's marketing team during the first quarter. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity with an aggressive growth plan.

Description

You will develop marketing strategy for several important product launche and define metrics for measuring market success. You will also be responsible to evaluating results of market research and competitive intelligence as needed.

In htis visible role, the Senior Marketing Director will report to the Vice President of Marketing. The growth of the company and high-profile nature of the position means there are significant opportunities for career development and advancement in the near future.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

• 4+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• 2+ years of experience in Product Management
• Proven skills to manage and participate on product launch teams
• Bachelor’s degree or better is required; and an MBA is preferred
